Authentic SpaceX/NASA Style Photo Retouching
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
Enhanced Technical Assignment: Retouching and Branding 14 Photos (SpaceX/NASA Style)
General Scope:
Retouch and brand 14 photographs of an individual taken in various locations (museums, aviation, and aerospace exhibitions).
All photographs must look as if they were authentically taken at SpaceX or NASA facilities. The individual should appear naturally attractive, fit, and well-groomed.
Photo Editing Tasks:
1. Body Correction (mandatory for every photo):
Make the individual's body appear slimmer, fit, and athletic.
Eliminate any visible signs of excess weight (particularly focusing on the abdomen, arms, legs, chin, and cheeks).
If necessary, reference images of the same individual without excess weight can be provided to the editor.
2. Facial and Skin Retouching:
Remove noticeable skin imperfections (acne, blemishes, redness). Removal of moles, freckles, or scars is left to the editor's discretion, ensuring natural results.
Maintain the natural texture of the skin, avoiding a “plastic” or overly-smoothed effect.
Moderately whiten teeth, ensuring the result appears naturally bright, not artificial.
3. Hair Enhancement:
Add density and volume to areas where hair appears sparse or thin.
Pay particular attention to images where the individual wears a cap, enhancing visible hair areas as needed for natural appearance.
4. SpaceX/NASA Branding:
Each photo must include a SpaceX or NASA logo prominently placed on the individual’s clothing.
The logo must consistently appear in the same location on clothing across all photos (recommended placement: left chest or right sleeve for uniformity).
Logo size and choice (SpaceX or NASA) should be determined by the editor based on visual compatibility and realistic presentation.
If the background includes a building, structure, or objects suitable for branding, subtly incorporate a SpaceX or NASA logo to reinforce the authentic facility appearance.
Any existing signs, texts, or visual indicators revealing the true location (such as museum names, other brands, or unrelated institutions) must be completely removed or replaced to support the SpaceX/NASA facility illusion.
5. Naturalness and Quality Requirements:
All edits must appear completely natural and seamless.
Final images must not look obviously retouched or artificially manipulated.
6. Format and Quality:
Final images should be provided in JPG, PNG, or TIFF format.
Image resolution must be equal to or higher than the original files.
Source files with editable layers (PSD) are not required.
