I'm looking for a skilled Photoshop expert who can help me with a photo editing project.

Requirements:
- Background removal: The photo's background needs to be removed.
- Cropping: I'll need the head cropped from another photo and added to this one - specifically onto a plane.
- Graphic addition: You'll need to incorporate some graphics into the background, so an artistic eye is essential.
