Arm Reshaping Photo Edit

In this project I require a proficient Photoshopper to edit an image of an arm to make it appear slimmer. The desired outcome should include:
- Significantly slimmer profile of the arm, but still maintaining a realistic look.
- A smooth texture on the skin of the arm post-editing, without any wrinkles or too pronounced muscular definition.
- The overall lighting should remain untouched - maintain the original lighting of the photo.
The freelancer who could ideally claim this project would have expertise in Adobe Photoshop, with a portfolio showcasing similar image transformation projects. An understanding of human anatomy for a realistic edit is also key. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a keen eye for detail to achieve the smooth skin finish required, and balance the changes made with the rest of the photo to maintain consistency.
