Adding tears onto two portraits

We are currently looking for someone who could assist us in digital manipulation/photo editing for academic research. The task would involve the editing of two portrait photographs by adding realistic human tears onto the images. Advanced experience with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, or similar applications is required, especially in manipulating face features.
