Add person to group photo

My partners mother passed away recently, and him and his brothers don’t have any group photos with her. It’s his birthday next month and I was hoping to photoshop a group picture of them by adding her to it. The photo of her would need to be softened to match the group picture, and I’ve included an obviously not professional image of where I’d like her to be added in. The photo of her has a trophy in which would also need to be edited out.
