Add image into my word document background transparent

As title describes, simple job. Will only pay $2. Takes less than 5 minutes if you know your stuff. I can't do it as my internet is so lagging. I have an image which I need you to insert into my word document as background, transparent so my texts is still visible. The image is basically a letter background.
