Add background and decoration to product images

I have high resolution photographs of my products. The photographs only show the product: no background, no decoration.
I have attached a photograph of one of my products (product name: «Entgiftungskur»).
All product shots are available in high resolution .TIF format with the background already removed.
Task:
I would like you to add some plants, flowers, leaves or herbs (something natural) to the images to make them more interesting and less clinical, and to showcase my products better.
I am open to your ideas.
