Add Skin Color to 3 Girl's Drawing (Illustrator & Photoshop Work)

I have 3 girl’s drawing in an Illustrator (.AI) file and a skin tone color in a Photoshop (.PSD) file. Your job is to:
Take the skin color from the PSD file.
Apply it to the girl’s body (below the neck) in the Illustrator file.
Make necessary adjustments to blend the colors smoothly.
Color the inner clothes in a light color (Which match with skin tone) with shading for a natural look.
Do not color the face and hair.
Requirements:
Experience in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop.
Deliver a clean and professional color application.
Budget: $20. (For whole project)
Deadline: By Today EOD.
