Add Human Ears to Photos

I'm looking for a skilled photo editor to add human ears to 5 of my photos. One earshould be pierced, with one ear in each photo featuring an industrial bar. And the hair changed in each photo one photo the hair in a bun. One photo the hair pulled behind the both ears one picture the hair in a half up half down pony tail.
