ANIMATE MY LOGO - MAKE IT A GIF

I want to bring my logo and icon to life and animate it into a gif so that I can put it in my email signature. The logo is a new logo but I want the red amber and green lights to come on in sequence and the green light to flash once to indicate the right choice. I need this done within the next 30 minutes. The file should loop within an estimated 4-second break from end to start.
