Photoshop a logo onto an exsiting image

I require an image of one of my paintings to have the word "Crabsty" photoshopped onto it, the font needs to be bold and of a cicus style. A slogan underneath saying "catch yours before he does"
This would be a fairly simple project for someone with the skills.
