Photo editing and video reading

I am looking for a skilled photo and video editor who can help me with my project. For the photo editing portion, I require background voice removal and colour branding. For the video editing portion, I need editing for lifestyle, Instagram shorts video, YouTube shorts video, and full video. The ideal candidate should have experience with video trimming, adding text or graphics, transitions, and effects. The desired video length is more than 3 minutes.
