Minimalist Homepage Design
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am looking to have our company real estate agency website : www.propertysolutionshuahin.com redesigned and redeveloped.
At present I want to hire a freelancer to design the homepage into a PSD format. (Figma Considered)
The designer must have lots of experience in the design field, and also as well as my own ideas have some creativity of their own to assist in the design to make sure I get a really attractive modern looking website design.
I want to see 2 designs, normal website and responsive mobile design. (Normal design first)
My brief of my ideas will follow when this is read properly.
Things I am looking for in a designer :
• Experience and professionalism
• Be able to have some design input and a real flair for the work they do
• Artistic
• Patience
• Non pushy
• Great reviews in this field
• Present a job properly
• Willing to work with draft formats first before we finalize
• Review changes
I don’t want to work with anyone that :
• Starts talking about payment halfway through the job
• Rushing to finish the job before it’s finished properly
• Always pressing me to make decisions whilst Im considering things

This is for the design of the website homepage. If done well lots of work can follow on from this as I build a lot of websites.

Project brief :
PSHH Homepage Design Ideas – Existing website : www.propertysolutionshuahin.com
The new redesign will be modern, clean and relatively simple.
The design will be in modules as I am not exactly sure on layout yet, so we may need to move things around.
Firstly, taking some ideas from here : https://www.bayut.com/
Small grey bar at top of page, this will have dropdown language option, Currency option, possibly a favorite option and area option, this website seems to do it quite well - https://homeinphuket.com/ (top right)
Also to show email and 2 telephone numbers, one number for THAI and one for ENGLISH
Somehow I need to add in the header other forms of contact such as WA / Line / Telegram / We Chat
Also, need to include social icons somewhere (These could be to the side) such as this site here - https://ogroup.com/
Small white header the same as above website with Logo to left and menu.
Things to include in menu :

• New and Info
• Contact Us
• About Us
Next down the page an image of a Property (I will provide) and a search function box over the top.
Structure of search function :

Then a search box with these fields :
• Search by Project Name or ID
• Listing Type
• Property Location
• Property Type
• Minimum Bedrooms
• Minimum Bathrooms
• Minimum Living Area
• Minimum Land Area
• Price Range / Minimum Price – Maximum Price
Then under this section I want some small graphics and ‘’Why Choose Property Solutions Hua Hin’’
And the Reason to choose us would be
• Independently Owned and Operated Agency
• Registered Company with an Office
• Established in Hua Hin for 14 Years
• Expert Local Knowledge
• First Class Customer Service
• 500+ Happy Customers
• New Build and Resale Specialists
Under this I am thinking some feature property developments / projects, like showcasing 6 properties. 3 in a row, 2 rows, one underneath the other.
Then some text, a text box with about 500 words but only 100 words or so will show and then we will have a read more option to drop down and show more text.
Maybe Under this a Contact form of some kind to Capture Leads ?
I also like the graphic on this site - https://homeinphuket.com/ underneath ‘’Explore Home in Phuket’’ maybe we build this as a module and incorporate somewhere.
I think also have a module showing the latest 3 or 4 blog posts. (Hua Hin News and Information)
