Co-Founder for Digital Marketing Startup

I'm seeking passionate co-founders for Mizad Media, my
digital marketing agency.
We aim to empower small businesses by enhancing their online presence through:
- Creative content (video editing and posters)
- Advertising (specializing in social media ads)
- SEO
- Website Developer
Ideal candidates should:
- Be skilled in the art of creating short and catchy videos and posts for promotional purposes with knowledge of canva, capcut or something similar.
- Have basic SEO and wordpress/Wix studios knowledge
- Aged 15-25, can communicate in English/Hindi and willing to put 8-10 hours a week into the startup, preferably from Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Philippines, Nigeria and India.
P.S.- I am looking for skill and not experience so don't be shy if you are young ;) (I am also a mid teen)
