Diagnose PHP-8 Runtime Issue

I’m midway through a PHP web app with a colleague, but on both of our local setups the project refuses to start. Each attempt fires off a series of syntax errors, yet we can’t tell whether they originate from our own classes or from one of the bundled third-party libraries. We have already tried several configuration tweaks on PHP 8.0 under XAMPP with no luck.
Here’s what I need from you:
• Spin up the project on your own XAMPP stack (or an equivalent LAMP/WAMP environment if you prefer).
• Confirm whether it launches cleanly for you.
• If it still breaks, trace the syntax errors, identify the offending files, and outline whatever code or version changes are required for PHP 8 compatibility.
Once you can either run the project successfully or provide a clear diagnosis and fix, we can talk about extending the collaboration into ongoing development work. I’ll send over the full codebase as soon as you’re ready.
