looking for a part time journalist

We are looking for a part-time journalist from India to assist our magazine in shooting and interviewing. The remuneration will be settled immediately after each interview, and bonuses will be given according to the timeliness and authenticity of the interview content and the intensity of the news. Basic salary plus bonus per interview if long-term cooperation is required.
