Whistler Keynote Photo Video Coverage
Budget: $250 – $750 CAD
I need complete visual coverage of an upcoming keynote speech in Whistler, BC. The assignment combines two disciplines: on-site photography throughout the event and a continuous, full-length video recording of the talk itself.
The photography brief is straightforward: capture the presenter on stage, the energy between speaker and audience, and wider ambiance shots that communicate the room’s atmosphere. High-resolution, color-corrected files delivered as RAW plus a lightly edited JPEG set will let my team move straight into our marketing workflow.
For video, a single uninterrupted recording that cleanly captures both audio and visuals is essential. A locked-off 4K camera with a reliable lavalier or feed from the house sound board will do the job; a secondary angle is welcome if it can be run unobtrusively. Final delivery can be H.264 MP4 and the original camera files.
Deliverables
• 200–300 curated, edited photographs (RAW + JPEG)
• Full-length, stabilized 4K video of the speech with balanced audio
• All content transferred within one week via cloud link or drive
