Weekly Build Photo & Video Shoot
Budget: $50 – $0 AUD
I need a reliable shooter who can visit our new house builds and renovation sites once a week and capture both photos and videos that tell the story of each project’s progress. Every visit should give me a clear set of interior details, exterior views, and key moments of the construction process so I can share updates with clients and on social media.
A typical run involves stopping at two-to-three active jobs (all within reasonable driving distance), spending 20–30 minutes at each, and delivering:
• 15–20 edited, high-resolution photos per site
• 1–2 short video clips per site (1080p or 4K, colour-corrected, ready for quick social edits)
You’re free to shoot on the gear you’re most comfortable with—DSLR, mirrorless, or even a well-stabilised phone rig—as long as the final files are sharp, well-lit, and consistently framed. Basic grading and straight cuts are fine; I’ll handle any heavier post-production.
I’ll provide the weekly site list every Friday so you can plan the Monday-Thursday window that suits you. Reliability, an eye for clean composition, and the ability to work quickly around trades without disrupting them are more important than fancy gear.
When you reply, let me know:
• Your closest metro area (for travel planning)
• A link to a similar interior/exterior/construction set you’ve shot
• Your typical turnaround time
Looking forward to seeing how you’d frame our builds.
