Wedding Photography & Cinematic Film

I need a seasoned team to document an entire Indian wedding—from the first splash of Haldi through the very last dance at the reception—and transform it into both stunning stills and an elegant, classic-style highlight film.

What matters most to me is detailed coverage of the pre-wedding events. I love candid storytelling, so please be ready to capture unscripted moments without neglecting the traditional group shots that parents and elders expect. For the final film, I’m after a timeless, cinematic look rather than heavy effects or flashy transitions.

Scope of work
You’ll handle photography and cinematography for Haldi, Mehendi, Sangeet, Wedding, and Reception. A drone for sweeping venue shots is welcome if you have one, and professional indoor lighting is essential for the evening functions. High-quality editing with tasteful colour grading is non-negotiable.

Deliverables
• Edited, high-resolution photos (candid + traditional)
• 3–5-minute cinematic highlight film in a classic, evergreen style
• Full-length, multi-camera wedding video
• All final files delivered within a mutually agreed number of days after the event

What to include in your proposal
• A portfolio link showcasing recent wedding work—especially pre-wedding moments
• Camera bodies, lenses, gimbals, drones, and lighting you intend to use
• Team composition (number of photographers, cinematographers, assistants)
• A clear pricing breakdown with any optional add-ons
