Wedding Photo & Video Asheville
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
Our wedding is set for Saturday, May 30 in Asheville, NC and I’m after a professional who can handle both photography and videography seamlessly. The day’s core focus is the ceremony and the reception—capturing genuine emotion, candid interactions, and all the key details that make the celebration ours.
Here’s the flow I have in mind:
• Pre-event setup and test shots at the venue so lighting and audio are dialed in before guests arrive.
• Continuous coverage of the ceremony from multiple angles—clean audio is essential, so please bring a lav mic or comparable setup.
• Smooth transition into the reception with a mix of cinematic footage and dynamic stills that showcase toasts, first dances, and spontaneous moments on the dance floor.
Deliverables I’m looking for:
• A short highlight film (4-6 minutes) plus a full-length ceremony edit.
• 250–300 high-resolution, color-corrected images, ready for both printing and social sharing.
• All content delivered via an online gallery and downloadable links within six weeks.
Experience with wedding workflows, dual-card recording, gimbal or steadicam work, and low-light photography is important to me, as is a calm presence on the day. If this sounds like your wheelhouse, let’s talk about the schedule and any gear or assistant needs you might have.
