Warm Interior & Exterior Shoot

I have five recently completed residential projects that need professional photo-video coverage: three are interiors only, and two include both interior and exterior work. I’m after a warm, inviting look that showcases the craftsmanship and designing skills.

Scope of work
• Photograph and film key spaces—living areas, kitchens, and bedrooms—capturing natural light, textures, and décor details.
• For the two full–property jobs, add exterior façade, landscape, and entryway shots that match the same welcoming tone.
• Supply a short cinematic highlight video for each project plus high-resolution edited photos suitable for web, social media, and print.
• Minimal retouching to remove distractions, correct perspective, and balance colour so everything feels homely and consistent across locations.

Logistics & timing
All sites are ready to be shot now, and I’d like the first deliverables as soon as possible. We can arrange a schedule that lets you batch the shoots efficiently—ideally wrapping all five within few days.

Deliverables
1. 20–25 final photos per project (JPEG + RAW).
2. 60–90 second highlight video per project (1080p or 4K, H.264).
3. A brief shots list and licence confirming unrestricted use for marketing.
