Two-Day Training Event Capture
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m organizing a two-day training session (Nov 3-5) and need complete visual coverage. The focus is on authentic, in-the-moment storytelling, so I want:
• Group activities and interactions recorded in both stills and motion.
• One-on-one interviews filmed with clear audio and photographed for press material.
I only require the raw material—no post-production—so bring adequate storage media to hand off the footage and high-resolution images at the end of each day (or via a secure drive upload within 24 hours).
Please come equipped to shoot crisp 4K video and high-resolution photos in a fast-moving environment. A solid audio setup for interviews (e.g., lapel or shotgun mics) is important, and a small lighting kit will help with variable indoor conditions.
