Trade Show Media Capture

We need a professional photographer and videographer to capture high-quality commercial photos and promotional videos of our 10' x 20' trade show booth at the Miami Beach Convention Center on September 17 & 18, 2025.

Requirements:
- Before the show starts and during the event
- Edited and enhanced for marketing purposes
- Background music for videos

Photos Needed:
- Booth design and layout
- Products on display
- Interactions and engagement with attendees

Videos Needed:
- Booth overview
- Detailed shots of all items presented
- Capturing attendee interactions

Ideal skills and experience:
- Professional photography and videography
- Experience with trade shows and commercial media
- Proficient in photo and video editing software
- Ability to capture engaging, high-quality content in a busy environment
