Tracing stolen Bike in Kyiv

My bike was stolen and the Apple AirTag I hid on it keeps pinging from a well-known bike shop in Kyiv. I need someone local who can head to that exact location, keep discreet watch, and alert the police if the bike is there.
While you are there, please snap clear photos (no video needed) of anything that looks like my bike or of anyone moving it in or out.

• If possible, please discreetly take a photo of the frame number (underneath the bike) and send it to me.
