Times Square Billboard Photography & Videography (Aug 1)

Hi,
My name is Caden Park, and I am the CEO of Elijah Com, an advertising agency based in South Korea.
We are looking for a professional photographer/videographer based in New York City to capture our client's digital billboard in Times Square on August 1, 2026, and I wanted to check your availability.
Project Details
Location: 1560 Broadway, Times Square, New York
Date: August 1, 2026
The billboard displays our 15-second advertisement four times per hour.
The exact playback schedule will be provided one day before the campaign, and we will share it with you immediately.
About the Shoot
This is a simple billboard documentation shoot, not a large-scale commercial production.
The total shooting time will be approximately 1–2 hours.
We are looking for someone who can capture clean, professional photos and videos suitable for press releases, media coverage, and social media.
Deliverables
Ideally, we would like:
10–15 high-resolution edited photos
One cinematic highlight video (30–60 seconds)
Several short vertical clips for Instagram Reels and TikTok
Multiple shooting angles around Times Square
Wide shots including other iconic Times Square billboards whenever possible
Close-up shots of our billboard
RAW photo/video files, if available
We would also appreciate shots captured from several different locations and angles around Times Square to showcase both our billboard and the surrounding iconic billboards whenever possible.
A DSLR or mirrorless camera is preferred, and a gimbal for video would be a plus.
Budget
Our estimated budget is USD $350–450 (fixed price), depending on your experience and portfolio.
If possible, we would love to receive the edited photos and videos on the same day. If that isn't possible, next-day delivery would also work for us.
