Television

I want to develop a TV or a Youtube TV style operation within my new Sports Website so I can feature highlights of many different sports eg. Cricket. Rugby. etc etc etc.

Each person must pay me a license fee to promote his Sport within my TV...

Is this possible and if so, how do we do it ???

And

How much will you charge me...

and how long will it take you to set it up for me???
