Tel Aviv Corporate Event Coverage (videographer and photographer needed)

I’m looking for a single creative professional (or a tightly-knit duo) who can handle both videography and photography for my corporate event in Tel Aviv on 31 May. The schedule runs for 3 hours in the evening, and I want seamless visual storytelling without me having to manage two separate teams.

Key moments I need captured are the guest speeches on stage and the more fluid networking sessions that follow. For stills, candid shots that feel natural and unposed are the priority—no formal group setups or product shots are required unless you feel an opportunistic frame adds value.

You’ll need to arrive with your own pro-level gear, scout quick lighting solutions on the fly, and deliver:

• A short highlight video (2–3 minutes) that we can drop straight into social channels
• Raw and lightly edited footage of the full speeches and all speeches
• A curated set of high-resolution candid photos, colour-corrected and ready for press or internal comms
