I’m hosting eStore Fest, an e-commerce industry meetup, at the Sydney Masonic Centre (66 Goulburn St) on Tuesday, 24 March 2026 from 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm. With roughly 50 guests seated cabaret-style, the flow combines speaker presentations and open networking.

Your brief is straightforward: document the atmosphere and energy with a balanced mix of candid interactions and a few well-composed group shots. The must-capture moments are our speakers on stage and the networking sessions that follow each talk. The room will rely mainly on the venue’s natural and ambient stage lighting; no special backdrop or elaborate lighting rigs are planned, so please bring fast glass and, if you like, a discreet speed-light for fill.

Deliver a curated, professionally edited set of high-resolution images—colour corrected, exposure balanced, and ready for immediate social or web use—within a few days of the event via an online gallery or shared drive.
