On-Site Verification Poland
Budget: $20 – $40 USD
I need a freelancer for in-person primary source verification. For assigned location I will share the address and a document to print in advance.
Your visit involves four clear steps:
1. Take three to ten geotagged photos that show the signboard, building exterior and a quick interior shot confirming you were onsite.
2. Present the printed form to the appropriate authority, obtain their signature and official stamp.
3. Record the verifier’s name, job title, email address and phone number on the same sheet.
4. Scan or photograph the completed, stamped form and email it back to me the same day, along with the original geotagged images.
Accuracy and punctuality are essential because the signed document is time-sensitive. Typical visits take 20–30 minutes once you are on the premises, but please factor in any local travel or access procedures.
