On-Site Miami Property Photo Shoot
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I need a local photographer who can physically visit a single-family residential property in Miami, Florida, and capture a complete visual record for me. The assignment covers both the exterior façade and surroundings as well as every interior space—living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, hallways, utility rooms, and any other accessible spots.
What I’m after is a clear, well-lit, high-resolution set of still images that lets me evaluate condition and layout without having to travel. Please plan on:
• Wide shots and close-ups for context and detail
• Natural-light images where possible, supplemented by your own lighting if rooms are dark
• Logical file naming or simple folder structure so I can easily tell which room I’m looking at
You may need to coordinate entry with the current occupant or agent; I’ll supply contact details and preferred time windows once we agree to proceed. After the shoot, upload the untouched JPEGs (raw files welcome too) to a shared cloud folder of my choice.
If you already have real-estate photography gear—a full-frame camera, wide-angle lens, tripod, and on-camera flash—that’s perfect. Turnaround within 48 hours of the visit is ideal.
