Simple Workshop Video Recording
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need reliable help to capture a two-hour workshop in Ridgedale on March 6, 4:00-6:00 pm. The task is straightforward: bring a smartphone, place it on your own sturdy tripod at the back of the room, hit record before the event starts, keep an eye on the battery and storage during the session so the file records without interruption, and hand me the full-length video afterward. I’m fine with receiving the file in whichever phone-native format you prefer—MP4, MOV, or AVI all work.
While the camera rolls, snap roughly 11-20 photos that highlight key speaker moments. Nothing fancy is required beyond framing the presenter clearly; a few well-timed shots will do. At the end, upload the raw video and images to a shared drive link I’ll provide that same evening.
If you can arrive ten minutes early to set up, monitor the recording quietly during the talk, and deliver the files the same day, that’s all I need.
