Selects Decision-making Tool

I need someone to choose from an employer's perspective from many photos, to a much smaller amount, for a photojournalism portfolio. I want to show the wide range of experiences without repetition or flooding the collections. Many are from the same seasonal job-environment and my collections are divided into Portrait/Candid/Action. Many will also be (re)edited or cropped in by me after selects are chosen. No AI Pease.

Deliverables
• A final selection of an appropriate amount of diverse photos for a gallery (x3 collections)
