Retreat Photo & Highlight Video
Budget: $750 – $1,500 SGD
I need full-day photo and video coverage of our two-day company retreat in Desaru, Malaysia on 28–29 Oct 2025. Throughout the event please document:
• workshops and team building activities
• moments of relaxation and leisure by the resort facilities
• any speeches and teams' conversation in action that happen during the workshop
Two inal deliverables: (1) an energetic, upbeat highlight reel suitable for closing the workshop on last day morning 9am; I’ll need the finished clip (2–4 minutes, 1080p or higher, with licensed background music) ready for download by 30 Oct, 9 am. (2) In addition to the video, supply a curated set of professionally edited high-resolution photos that capture the retreat’s key moments for our internal newsletter and social channels.
Bring your own gear, handle basic lighting and audio for speeches, and manage post-production to keep colors vibrant and pacing lively. Familiarity with fast-turnaround editing workflows in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve is essential.
