Retouch an Album of Photos

I'm looking to have someone who is an expert at retouching an album of wedding/elopement photos.Majority of the edits are beauty fixes and touch-ups. I need someone who is able to remove fly away hair, smooth skin, remove blemishes, and contour body (reduce tummy). There's about 100 photos but willing to have you select 25-50 to touch up.
