Retail Store Exterior Photography for Marketing
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
**Job Opportunity: Photographer Wanted! Local Preferred**
We are seeking a skilled photographer with experience in capturing commercial building exterior shots. The ideal candidate should have a portfolio showcasing similar work, possess a keen eye for detail, and be adept at working with natural light to enhance architectural features. We do not want shadows in the photographs. We want the photos to be as clear as possible without tree shadows or any strange shadows. The shots needed are mostly wide hero shots and include the entire building. Please have prior commercial real estate photography experience prior to applying.
I have attached our Offering Memorandum showcasing what the shots should look like. We do NOT need aerials. Just ground level exterior photographs.
We have three properties in Alabama that we need photographed. The addresses are:
- 2600 Jackson Hwy, Sheffield, AL 35660
- 2740 E South Blvd, Montgomery, AL 36116
- 615 Bessemer Super Highway, Birmingham, AL 35228
If you can do all three, that would be GREAT!
The photos will be used for marketing materials, so we need someone who can deliver high-quality, impactful images - without shadows! We are putting our faith in you that the pictures will be as expected and needed!
We will pay half as a deposit, and the other half will be released when pictures are received. We would like a turn around of no more than 7 days.
