Residential Real Estate Photography
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a skilled photographer for a residential real estate project. The focus is on capturing the perfect angles and images of both properties that highlight the unique features of the properties.
I am also potentially interested in staging just for the day for photography…the 2 apartments are both currently vacant.
Key Requirements:
- Photograph residential properties.
- potentially shoot video for both apartments, based on pricing, previous experience with photography/ videography of real estate, and ability to forward images and video in an easy to download format.
- Flexible with the time of day for project but need it done as soon as possible.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in real estate photography, particularly residential.
- Strong portfolio showcasing artistic photography.
- Ability to adapt to different lighting conditions and property settings.
- Capture good photos or aerial shots of the outside of building and grounds.
