Residential Property Photo Shoot
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need an amateur real-estate photographer in the Pleasantville, New Jersey area to capture my a 3 bedroom residential listing, covering both exterior curb appeal and every room inside.
Scope
• Exterior front, back, and any outdoor living areas
• Interior coverage of all rooms—living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, hallways, and utility spaces
Deliverables
• 15 finished images delivered within three hours of the shoot via download link.
An iPhone is all you need. No lighting , moving items, staging or editing. Entire project will take about 20 minutes.
I’m ready to schedule for October 21 or 22 and will provide the exact address plus access details once we agree on timing.
