I need reliable on-site help capturing short, high-quality video walkthroughs of apartments across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. For each assigned property you will:

• film a steady, voice-guided tour under five minutes that clearly shows the interior layout and features;
• give viewers a quick look at building amenities (lobby, gym, pool, parking, etc.);
• add a brief exterior sweep so renters can gauge the surrounding neighborhood.

I’ll supply addresses, basic talking points, and a simple shot list. You can use a modern smartphone or mirrorless camera—just make sure footage is horizontal, 1080p or better, well lit, and free of background music. No editing is required; raw files sent via Google Drive or similar are perfect.

Consistency and punctuality matter more than cinematic flair. If you already live in DFW, have reliable transport, and can visit multiple complexes in a day, this will be an easy recurring gig.
