Raw Land Photography Near Sanders
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I have a parcel of undeveloped land just outside Sanders, Arizona and need a fresh set of ground-level photographs to help market the property; nothing fancy or retouched. Cell phone pictures work. Will consider aerial pictures but not required. The goal is simple: show prospective buyers exactly what they would experience when they step onto the site.
What I’m looking for
• Pictures that capture the landscape and natural terrain from multiple angles—morning or late-afternoon light preferred for depth and contrast.
• At least one image oriented toward each cardinal direction so viewers can gauge sunlight and horizon lines.
• Straight-out-of-camera JPEGs, no esiting required.
Optional but appreciated
If you happen to notice nearby landmarks, you’re welcome to include a couple of frames showing their relative distance, yet the primary focus remains on the land itself.
Logistics
The property is easily accessible by standard vehicle, and I’ll provide GPS coordinates along with a simple map before you head out. Weather in this area is generally clear, but please choose a day with good visibility.
Delivery & acceptance
Upload the full set to a shared drive within 48 hours of the shoot. I’ll consider the job complete once the images are in focus, properly exposed, and clearly illustrate the terrain as described above.
