Quick Location Photo Inventory Audit
Budget: $10 – $30 CAD
I need a reliable person to visit between one and five sites and verify the on-hand inventory both inside and outside each location. For every item on the checklist you will capture clear, time-stamped photos that show quantity and condition, then note those counts in a simple spreadsheet or Google Sheet.
All areas—shop floor, back-room storage, yard, or car park—must be covered so I can reconcile stock across the entire property. A smartphone with a good camera is enough; just be sure the images are sharp and, where possible, geo-tagged.
Deliverables
• Folder of labelled photos for each location (JPEG or PNG)
• Completed inventory sheet matching the photos
• Brief summary highlighting any discrepancies or missing items
Once I receive accurate counts and images I will release payment immediately, and there may be repeat rounds if this first audit goes smoothly. Let me know your availability and how quickly you can turn the report around after each visit.
