We’re seeking a reliable freelancer based in or near Paget, QLD to complete an on-site inspection of a commercial warehouse property.
You will be required to:
Attend the property (access will be arranged via the real estate agent — we’ll provide all details).
Record a clear, high-quality video walkthrough of the entire premises — both internal and external areas.
Capture detailed photographs of every corner, including:
Each wall and corner of the warehouse interior
Entry and roller door areas
Office/mezzanine (if applicable)
Roof, exterior, and parking areas
Any signage, defects, or points of note
Requirements
Must have access to a decent smartphone or camera capable of shooting 1080p or higher resolution video.
Comfortable communicating with the agent to arrange a convenient inspection time.
Able to upload all raw video and photo files via Google Drive or Dropbox within 24 hours of inspection.
Reliability and attention to detail are essential — we need comprehensive coverage, not just quick snapshots.
