— capture a minimum of three geotagged photographs showing the signboard, the exterior of the building, and an interior ( if they permit) view that proves you were inside;
— print the verification form, present it to the authorised person, and obtain their signature and official stamp to confirm authenticity;
— note the verifier’s full name, job title, email address, and phone number;
— scan or photograph the completed sheet clearly and send it back to me together with the original geotagged images.
