Project Title: Professional Hotel Photography & Videography (Interior + Exterior Hospitality Shoot)

Project Description:

We are a hotel property undergoing a brand upgrade and are looking for an experienced hospitality / architectural photographer to create high-quality visual content for marketing and online travel platforms.

Property Details:

- Approx. 40 rooms (multiple categories)
- Restaurant / dining area
- Banquet halls
- Lobby, reception, and common areas
- Full building exterior and entrance

Scope of Work:

1. Interior Photography:

- All room categories (wide-angle + detail shots)
- Bathrooms and amenities
- Restaurant interiors and food presentation
- Banquet halls (event setup style)
- Lobby, reception, corridors, and common areas

2. Exterior Photography (Very Important):

- Building facade (daytime shots)
- Evening / night shots with lighting (premium look)
- Entrance, driveway, and signage
- Parking and surrounding approach
- Wide-angle shots showing full property
- Optional: drone shots (if available)

3. Optional Add-ons (Preferred):

- Lifestyle shots with models/guests
- Short video / reels for Instagram marketing

Requirements:

- Proven experience in hotel / resort / architectural photography
- Strong portfolio (must include hotel exterior & interior work)
- Professional equipment (wide-angle lens, tripod, lighting setup, drone optional)
- Expertise in lighting (especially for night exterior shots)
- Post-processing and retouching included

Deliverables:

- 50–100 professionally edited high-resolution images
- Web-optimized images for platforms like Booking.com and Airbnb
- Proper color correction and perspective alignment
- Delivery within agreed timeline
