Pre-Employment Vetting in Scottsdale
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m conducting pre-employment vetting for candidates based in Scottsdale, Arizona and need a reliable partner to handle their employment verification. The scope is focused exclusively on verifying each candidate’s previous work history in depth. For every employer you contact I expect confirmation of the exact job title, start and end dates, the reason the employee left, and any documented performance feedback the company is willing and legally able to release.
Please follow FCRA guidelines, respect all privacy regulations, and provide clear, well-structured reports that I can share with hiring managers. A quick turnaround is important to our overall hiring timeline, so include an estimated completion window in your response along with any requirements you may have from my side (candidate consent forms, reference contacts, etc.).
Deliverables:
• Written report for each candidate, one section per employer, covering job title, employment dates, departure reason, and performance notes
• Source confirmation (name, role, and contact method of the verifier)
• Summary page highlighting any discrepancies or concerns
Experience with U.S. background screening, strong phone/email interviewing skills, and meticulous documentation will be highly valued. I’m ready to start as soon as I find the right fit.
