Pop-Up Dinner Photo & Video Coverage
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m hosting a semi-secret pop-up dinner for Love Life Nights on Wednesday, 29 November, 6-10 p.m. in Columbus, Ohio and I need one creative who can capture both stills and video throughout the evening.
What matters most is storytelling: I want genuine guest interactions, close-ups of every plated course and cocktail, and wide shots that showcase the venue’s carefully curated ambiance. You’ll need to move comfortably between candid, natural moments, a few formal group portraits, and a handful of more artistic frames that give the night its mood.
Compensation is a flat $400, paid the same night. You’ll also be credited on www.lovelifenights.com and across our social channels, a solid bit of local exposure for the right shooter. Dinner and drinks are included.
Deliverables (digital hand-off within one week):
• A curated, color-corrected photo set in high-res and web sizes
• A 60-90 second highlight reel suitable for Instagram Reels/TikTok, plus raw clips
Bring whatever kit you trust for low-light work—fast lenses, an on-camera flash, and a stabilizer for smooth video would be ideal.
