Photographer Frankfurt Book Fair 2026
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I will be exhibiting at the Frankfurt Book Fair on 7 October 2026 (Ludwig-Erhard-Anlage 1, 60327 Frankfurt am Main) and need a skilled photographer on-site for 5–6 hours. The assignment is essentially event photography: capturing everything from keynote speakers and bustling aisles to booth details, product displays and the spontaneous interactions that give the fair its energy.
My preferred style is a balanced mix of candid reportage and a few lightly-posed shots when time allows. In practice that means you’ll be moving freely through the hall, reacting to moments as they unfold, yet also stepping in when a brief portrait of an author, publisher or VIP will add value.
Please arrive fully equipped for a large indoor venue (fast lenses, flash or continuous light if you use it, backup bodies and cards). Familiarity with fast-moving trade-fair settings is important; I need you to work independently, secure any necessary vantage points and keep to the show’s media guidelines.
Deliverables
• A curated, fully edited set of high-resolution images (JPEG + optional RAW) made available via download link
• Basic colour and exposure correction on every delivered file
• Usage rights for my company’s marketing, social and press material
