I am looking for someone to develop a Photo App which can be controlled by voice commands and supports offline access which is key to this project.
The photo app should be compatible with both iOS and Android platforms and I think Flutter is the preferred platform as I use the google speech API but can be confirmed upon review of the requirements.
I have an existing app that's become outdated but is a good model of the type of voice control capabilities I'm looking to replicate. I also have these translated into detailed requirements, and I don't think they're considered too complex.
The essential requirement for freelancers is not just experience in speech app development but the offline API experience where the user can continue to use their voice commands regardless of being online constantly. I'm open to having the first phase as an MVP with core voice commands and being able to test the offline user experience prior to expanding capabilities.
NOTE: I had a really bad experience with a dev that wasted significant time on this effort with nothing to show for it so I expect real responses from truly experienced developers with related examples. If your response is NOT specific to my requests, they'll be ignored.
