Premier Property Photography specialises in providing regular low cost stills video and drone photography to Property Owners and Property Professionals in the BCP District.
Hybrid Working – the work is offered on a freelance basis giving you some flexibility with hours and location but also with the benefit of our company guidance and support.
Good Prospects – we offer regular work and the opportunity to grow new business, earn commission and more hours and more shoots.
Friendly Team – You will work closely with our directors and our primary estate agent client who provide a friendly and supportive environment.
All About Property – All our shoots are about property so if you like browsing Rightmove or watching Property TV you’ll love this work.
What you’ll need:
• A DSLR camera body with an ultra-wide angle lens (with a minimum of 16mm full frame or equivalent) and a Tri Pod
• A Car
• Smart professional appearance
• An existing Portfolio of work
• Fluent in English
• The right to work in the United Kingdom
What we will provide if you don’t already have it
• Gimbal and Video Camera
• Wide Angle Lens for a Canon Body
• Tripod & Slider
• Drone
• Training in Video and Drone
• PI Insurance
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide a high level of customer service when responding to enquiries / requests and when delivering completed work
• Manage the schedule of work ensuring all shoots are fully confirmed and start and finish on time.
• Capture professional quality images that meet property market-leading standards using our guidelines
• At all times maintain a professional and polite manner when interacting with clients and occupants
• Seek 5 Star Reviews on every shoot
• Create and publish digital marketing campaigns from the work undertaken
PAY
£4,160 to £10,660 pa
• £40.00 to £55.00 Per Shoot depending on the type of shoot.
• 1 to 3 shoots per week
PLUS
• £40 Marketing Campaign
• 1 Marketing Campaign per week
