"360° Over the sea (2m)" in Paradise - PHOTO

Looking for an "360°" captured with very small boat (kayak..) or buy drone.
. over the sea with good distance from the coast (ONLY over the sea), not over the coast)
. 2 meters over the sea (ONLY 2 meters)
. 360° (ONLY) high resolution, minimal 360°x180° 10,000 x 5,000 px (final render with finest quality) and unstitched if possible
. sea/ocean must be clear ONLY green or blue (no Dark or Brown water)
. sky clear with sun or only with some clouds (no Grey SKY)
. Paradises could be : Greece, Croatia, Vietnam, Bali, Thailande, Oman, Sri Lanka, Cancun, Moorea, Sardinia, Maldives, Caraibes, ... but other Country is possible.
Yes if you don't get it on your hard drive you could make the shot.
I can buy 1 (40€) or more pics (200€) depends of, but only 2 meters over the sea.
