Budget: $25 – $50 USD
Each month I need 8–10 hours of on-site shooting devoted exclusively to the outdoor living areas of high-end residential homes. The focus is always on the features we design and build—lush gardens, custom pools and patios, and statement-making decks or outdoor kitchens—so every frame must feel aspirational while staying true to the space.
The aesthetic is modern and sleek: clean lines, balanced composition, natural light enhanced but never over-processed. You’ll deliver both photography and videography that fit this look, ready for web galleries, print brochures, and short social media teasers.
Deliverables each month will change. Editing into instagram style reels is a huge bonus.
Acceptance criteria
• Straight horizons, accurate colors, and no lens distortion
• Smooth, stable video transitions with licensed background music
• Files named by property and feature for easy cataloging
Scheduling is flexible—I’ll group projects geographically so travel time stays reasonable—and this is intended as a long-term contract. If you’re comfortable styling spaces lightly, flying a drone for establishing shots, or suggesting creative angles that elevate the final result, all the better. Let’s create outdoor imagery that sells the lifestyle as much as the space.
